Avoid receiving support emails from Vitals in spam

If more than 1 business day passed and you haven't heard from us, it's probably because our emails went to your Spam or Junk folder. We're working hard to prevent this. In your case, it helps to check the Spam folder as well. If we're in there, you can make sure that you'll start receiving them in your inbox by:

  • marking them as not spam.
  • marking them as important.
  • adding us to your contacts list.
