Switching to Sport mode (if you're using the Turbo theme)
The Turbo theme by Out of the Sandbox uses a specific feature called "instant click," which helps pages load faster by preloading them. However, this feature doesn't reload apps on every page load - so you'll need to reload the page to see apps in action.
To allow Shopify apps to function normally, the theme's developer recommends merchants to switch their theme's performance mode to Sport:
The reason "Sport" is needed is that some apps are not compatible with this page preloading technology or the apps require a full page load rather than it being loaded in the background. If you're experiencing issues with Turbo and have apps installed on your store, we suggest switching to "Sport" and seeing if that helps.
