Why isn't the Shipping Info showing up?
The most important thing about Shipping info is that it’s geo-targeted. So the app displays only for the users coming from the countries for which you set a shipping zone. You can find those countries at the bottom of the page here.
After you update your Shipping profiles in your Shopify admin, you need to sync them with our Shipping information app by clicking the Sync now button.
To see the shipping info, you might need to use a VPN to connect to one of its supported countries. We suggest using one of these. Also, after enabling the VPN, you have to open a new incognito window to avoid caching. The same scenario applies to the Smart bar.
The app cannot retrieve weight-based shipping rules.
